Ali Amin Khan Gandapur, Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has taken decisive and impactful measures in the fields of e-governance and digitalization from March 2024 to February 2025 to realize Imran Khan’s vision of a "Digital Pakistan."  

Our government is committed to building a Digital Pakistan. Through modern technology, we aim to eliminate bureaucratic hurdles and provide citizens with transparent and accessible services. Below is a summary of the **25 key achievements** attained in these sectors over the past year.  

### **02 Key Digital Policies Approved**  
1. **Cloud First Policy (June 2024):**  
  Enhances government service efficiency by integrating secure, scalable cloud technology with AI.  
2. **Digital Right of Way Policy (March 2024):**  
  Streamlines fiber optic network expansion, promotes public-private partnerships (PPPs), reduces deployment costs, and connects citizens with technology.  

05 Comprehensive Digital Maturity and Capacity Assessments**  
1. **IT Industry Snapshot 2024:**  
  Evaluated 67 IT firms to boost the growing tech ecosystem, highlighting employment trends, skill gaps, income growth, and industry challenges.  
2. Digital Governance Outlook 2024:**  
  Assessed IT infrastructure, digital payment adoption, cybersecurity measures, and service delivery across 33 government departments.  
3. Digital Skills and Competency Spectrum 2024:**  
  Focused on digital skills, curriculum modernization, industry-academia partnerships, workforce readiness, and targeted skill development programs.  
4.Cyber Resilience and Governance Framework:**  
  Improved governmental cybersecurity through audits, training, and policy recommendations, enhancing data protection and risk mitigation.  

12 Key Sectors Digitized**  
1. E-Stamping System:** Ensures digital stamp paper issuance.  
2. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ombudsman Digitalization:** Streamlines complaint management.  
3. Motor Vehicle Registration System:** Introduces universal number plates, tax automation, and online registration.  
4. Online Housing Registration:** Simplifies applications for KP Housing Foundation schemes.  
5. E-Jail Visit System:** Enables virtual prisoner-family meetings.  
6. Integrated Farmers’ Database:** Centralizes agricultural records.  
7. Local Government Digitization:** Modernizes municipal processes.  
8. Online Police Clearance System:** Provides digital verification for Malakand Levies.  
9. Join IT Portal:** Pakistan’s first workforce profiling system, linking 7,884 graduates with 85 IT companies.  
10. AI-Based Attendance Systems:** Implemented in Peshawar’s Water & Sanitation Services and Population Welfare Department, improving workforce monitoring.  
11. Digital Revenue System:** Uses QR codes for transparent tax/fine collection.
